Being a mother, I like taking advantage of spending time with my girls and using their body weight as a substitute for equipment in Mommy & Me workouts. I have included this in my Workout on Demand Library and in previews on social media. I think it is useful to augment my Elite Endurance Barre Workouts with Mommy & Me Workouts when you are postpartum and wanting to be the best version of your new self.
After my C-Section 11 months ago I didn't think it was possible to "feel and engage" my core the way I did before. I didn't have a C-Section with my first baby, so I was a little shocked at how much harder the recovery was. Working out with Sophia and Bianca has really helped get my core strength back and made the recovery all the better. Plus it has added fun for all of us!
